Community Investment
Rife has a history of supporting projects and organizations within communities where we do business.
We believe that making a positive impact that enriches, educates and empowers our communities to succeed builds a strong foundation for both our business and the communities.
Rife Resources supports charitable organizations addressing education, health, and community services primarily focused on needs of children and families.
Environmental, Health and Safety
At Rife, we are committed to protecting people, our community, and the environment through safe and responsible business practices.
Rife is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, visitors, and our community. We conduct our business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and integrate environmental and safety considerations into our business decisions.
Through clear communication, appropriate training, and shared accountability, we believe everyone plays a role in maintaining a safe, healthy, and responsible work environment.
Whistleblower Policy
Rife is committed to the highest possible standards of openness, honesty and accountability.
In line with that commitment, we expect employees and others that we deal with who have serious concerns about any aspect of Rife’s work to come forward and voice those concerns.
The policy’s intention is to clearly state that if an issue is brought to our attention, any wrong-doing by Rife or any of its directors, officers or employees or by any of its consultants or suppliers will be dealt with expeditiously, thoroughly investigated and remedied.
