Rife is wholly owned by the CN Pension Trust Fund, one of Canada’s largest single-employer defined benefit pension funds, whose investments are managed by the CN Investment Division (CNID).

Rife does not drill wells or operate mines. The company owns and manages mineral title and royalty interests and partners with operators and developers who carry out development activities.
