Rife is committed to the highest possible standards of openness, honesty and accountability. In line with that commitment, we expect employees and others that we deal with who have serious concerns about any aspect of Rife's work to come forward and voice those concerns.

The policy’s intention is to clearly state that if an issue is brought to our attention, any wrong-doing by Rife or any of its directors, officers or employees or by any of its consultants or suppliers will be dealt with expeditiously, thoroughly investigated and remedied

Code of Business Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy

The business and affairs of Rife will be conducted in strict observance of both the spirit and letter of the applicable laws of Canada and of each Province where Rife conducts business. Rife expects that all employees will behave ethically as a matter of course.
