Rife Resources Ltd. is a private exploration and production company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Rife has been in operation for over 25 years.

With a staff of 100, Rife manages daily production of approximately 22,000 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day on behalf of three entities: Rife Resources Ltd. (a private entity with production of 12,000 boe per day), Canpar Holdings Ltd. (a private entity with production of 2,500 boe per day) and Freehold Royalty Trust (a publicly traded oil and gas trust with 2009 production estimated at 7,300 boe per day). Rife and Canpar are 100% owned by the CN Pension Trust Funds, the pension fund for employees of the Canadian National Railway.
