Rife Resources Ltd. is a private exploration and production company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Rife has been in operation for over 28 years.

With a staff of 100, Rife manages daily production of approximately 20,000 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day on behalf of three entities: Rife Resources Ltd. (a private entity with production of 11,000 boe per day), Canpar Holdings Ltd. (a private entity with production of 2,000 boe per day) and Freehold Royalties Ltd. (a publicly traded oil and gas company with production of approximately 7,500 boe per day). Rife and Canpar are 100% owned by the CN Pension Trust Funds, the pension fund for employees of the Canadian National Railway.
